Strawberries with Raspberry Sauce

| 2 | 10 oz boxes frozen raspberries, thawed |
| 1 TBS | kirsch or framboise (raspberry brandy) |
| 2 | baskets strawberries, hulled, dried and chilled |
| K6MAY's Cream Fresh (garnish) | |
| Fresh mint sprigs (garnish) |
| Puree raspberries and sieve to remove seeds. Add kirsch, stirring well. Place berries in chilled individual dessert dishes. Cover berries with puree and garnish each serving with a dollop of cream fresh and sprigs of fresh mint. |
