Sausage Dressing

| 1 package | mild pork sausage or (better yet) italian sausage |
| 2 packages | Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mix (large - 1 lb) |
| 2 sticks | butter |
| 1 | medium white onion, chopped |
| 1 c | celery, chopped |
| Brown pork sausage, drain. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on mix. Add sausage, onion and celery and toss. Brown in oven. |
